1988 Toyota 4Runner

This thing has been a lot of fun for us for a long time. I bought it “built”, thinking I’d not have to do much to it, but that’s not how it worked out. Other than the core of the motor and transmission, there isn’t much I haven’t redone over the years. I’ve never counted them, but it’s a sure bet I’ve spent a lot more hours working on it than I have wheeling it.

We love wheeling in Moab, and it’s gotten so that we rarely take the 4Runner out anywhere else.
